Hub has a strange fault, any chance of getting a replacement?

Hi,

Came back to Plusnet a few months back. At first all seemed fine. Then I noticed I was getting kicked off the WiFi sometimes. Then the family started to complain. It seem roughly once a day one device gets kicked off happening to PC, phone, tablet and games system. sometimes a re-start worked, sometimes had to forget the network and re-join.

I have an old NetGear, so plugged that in and everything is fine again.

 

Any Chance PlusNet will admit there is a problem? I'll grant you it's not a run of the mill issue!

Hub One problems well documented, as is the fix: buy a HH6 from Gumtree, ebay etc. Prices around £5 to £15, keep the Hub One as a spare. This is only one of similar posts on this thread, with thanks to Baldrick who did all the hard work to get it working!
