Hub Two Port Forwarding Rules disappear when pressing save button

I’m trying to add a port forwarding rule but when I hit the save button it just disappears every time. What am I doing wrong?

 

I have tried specifying a device and also specifying an IP. But the result is always the same. 

i am entering port 636 (for Exchange LDAP) in each of the available boxes for external/internal start/end. I click the little + symbol at the end of the line and there’s a message that says changes need to be saved and as soon as I click the Save button, by input disappears.

 

is there something I need to do before port forwarding is enabled and can be saved?

 

I have Lao tried it with the Firewall both enabled and disabled just to see if it makes any difference but I always get the same result.

 

I hope someone can help!

Fix

I don’t use a Hub 2 so can’t check but it may be worth removing the / from the rule name.

I copied the setting directly from the Hub One and it simply never occurred to me that the Hub Two might object to the forward slash character. Thanks a million. You have made my day.
