Hi, I am a current PlusNet upgrading from Broadband to Fibre, with switchover tomorrow (19th). I was expecting a Hub One router to be delivered as an upgrade to my current 2704n in time but it hasn't arrived yet. There have been some local delivery disruptions recently. Should I expect this soon and will I lose internet if it doesn't arrive by tomorrow?
Fixed! Go to the fix.
As far as I can tell from the info I have found the 2704n is ADSL only, so it does not support Fibre (VDSL), maybe worth a call to Customer Service to find out where the router is.

The good news (well perhaps not that good!) may be that your changeover date has been pushed back and that's the reason the router hasn't arrived yet. The system isn't very good at notifying customers of changes in dates.
Best to call customer services for the exact status, as CJT advised.
