Hub One - really need to use DuckDNS dynamic DNS service - not listed

Looks like no access to CLI via telnet / ssh for Hub One - do Plusnet maintain the Hub One? - deployed Home Assistant in vulnerable persons home before Covid-19 lockdown, need to configure DDNS, and there is a very limited option range.

Changing from DuckDNS will be a real challenge without access to the premises. I can sit in car on drive and get access to Hub One.

We can do some things remotely with the hub one, but I don't believe we can change the DNS. Tony.

Re: Hub One - really need to use DuckDNS dynamic DNS service - not listed

Hi Tony

Assuming that I was going to have telnet access, I was going to try -

dyndns
service
modify
name = custom
[server] = www.duckdns.org
[port] = www-http
[request] = /update/xxxxx.duckdns.org/yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
[updateinterval] = 3600
[retryinterval] = 30
[max_retry] = 3
saveall

Can you access the CLI?

Regards

Alan

Unfortunately not. I can only access a system front end which changes certain settings.
