Occasionally my Hub One refuses my password, despite it being 100% correct; has anyone else had this?
It does accept eventually, but wondered what could cause this.

Hello there. Yes, it appears to be an issue I've come across numerous times. If you change your password at the portal, that seems to resolve the problem. (You can change your password back and reconnect using your original password)
This is my personal Community Forum account to help out around these parts while I'm at home. If I'm posting from the 1st March 2020, this means I'm off-duty with no access to internal systems.
