Hub One not connecting to Internet.
Having a few frustration weeks lately, which came to a head last night.
For a while, my PC has been struggling with the Hub One, all other devices have been working fine. As I rarely use my PC, it hasn't really been an issue, but now all devices are unable to get the internet.
Internet was continually dropping out on the PC, & running the Network Diagnostics was telling me that the Gateway was not available, but the problem was resolved ... only to reoccur moments later.
I replaced the wifi dongle, but the problem was still happened.
When I go into the Hub Manager, it tells me that I am already connected to the Internet, but whenever I now try to use any device, I get the initial Router Setup window with spinning wheel telling me to wait 15mins while it gathers information. It never gathers the information & continually spins.
The Hub Manager tells me that all of the devices are connected to the Hub, but the Hub is not connection to the Internet.
I have hit reset, I have switched off the Hub, I have checked the cables etc ... all to no avail.
Any & all help is welcome.
