Hub One keeps dropping off the internet

I keep having intermittent issues with my Plusnet Hub One dropping connection. It seems to reoccur 2-3 times per day and when i happens, the orange light will start flashing, then turn solid and the broadband light turns orange also. It stays like this for a minute or two, then the light turns blue and it reconnects.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues. I would first of all recommend plugging in to the test socket, and using an alternate micro filter to try and rule out any internal wiring issues. You can find a quick guide on how to do this here.

If you are still having drop-outs after this, I would recommend raising a fault here.

Please let us know when you have done this, and we can then action this for you.

What software version is your router using? This is shown at the bottom of the home page. This is mine:

Since this firmware update was performed early morning of 13-Sep my router has been resetting constantly.[1]

It seems to be triggered when more than 2 devices connect to wifi. The wifi drops, then within 5 minute of this, the router will reset. When nobody is using wifi, usually late evening to early morning (my PS4 & PC are wired) the router is stable.
