A relative received a new Hub One (upgrading from Plusnet ADSL) next week.
Currently using on ADSL without problems, but the broadband and Wifi LEDs don't light up.
He spoke to two different Plusnet agents, and both advise there is only one single blue (power) light.
Is this correct?
Surely both agents cannot be wrong?
The hard copy quick guide included with the new Hub One, does mention the broadband and wifi LEDs.
Actually, I have a July 2020 made Hub One I flashed with OpenWrt last week. I'll put the original Plusnet firmware back onto it to check myself.
Go to the fix.
What a plonker I am. Just rechecked the Plusnet website.
The broadband and Wifi LEDs are indeed off, when everything is normal, running BT and Plusnet firmware.
