Re: Hub One access control settings do not persist

Hi Ken,

Yes that's usually the case. What is it showing under access control? Can you please paste the log in here please so that we can take a look through it.

Re: Hub One access control settings do not persist

Access Control? I assume you mean 'GUI' because there's no log for 'access control'.

Here it is. (All devices are screen locked /very/ quickly so no-one is tampering)
1.66 is my desktop PC
1.67 is my mobile phone
1.69 is my tablet
(I think GUI session is a repeat use before the last log-in has timed out, rather than a botched attempt - because all my attempts are successful)

Re: Hub One access control settings do not persist

Thanks, I'm unsure if the Hub One does have a separate log for access control TBH, have you tried factory resetting the new router to see if that helps?

Re: Hub One access control settings do not persist

I'm sure - it doesn't have a separate log for access control.
Sorry, I'm not factory resetting the router (again). Pointless. Tried that with the first one, no change. Have already reset this new one once. No change.
Look, it's no biggie - I can and do put my foot down with internet usage, it's just a bit of automation can ease the burden of arguments. No, it's just something else Plusnet-related that doesn't work, like the glitched database attached to my account that Plusnet says it can't afford to fix. So, I can't use Plusnet Safeguard either.
