Hub One Request

Renewed my fibre contract last November. Was wondering if I can request a Hub One for just post & packaging cost. Been using Hub 5 & want a spare to replace previous bt modem & pnet router.

If this is possible, definitely want to go ahead. Not sure which number to call or can it be done here.

Hi @Grezzer36, thank you for contacting us on the forums.

If you could call us on 0800 432 0200 then we will arrange for a Hub One to be dispatched to you as soon as possible. The cost we ask you to pay is £6.99 which covers the postage and packaging. All routers when dispatched take around 3-5 days to arrive at the Customer's address (this can be your home or alternative).
