Hub One Port Forward Nightmare
This has caused me much time as router at friends house with round trip of 50 miles.
Followed plusnet page tutorial for port forward and could not get it to work, plusnet technical help were unable to give technical help.
Turned out, from device list, if I used the 'user defined IP address' rather than the actual device from the drop down list it worked fine. Using the device from device list just didn't work, correct mac address but did not work.
Something wrong with the firmware on the router.
Port Redirection and DMX wont open

I was trying to advise a friend by telephone how to open some ports on a Plusnet Hub One router for an SSH server
Followed online instructions, created a new profile (used different from 22), added it, applied it then connected that profile to a device. Router reported settings applied.
Web service showed port not open, I tried to connect from remote location, no luck.
We then put device in DMZ, applied the device, still no luck.
Checked the Plusnet Account Firewall, shows as 'not enabled'.
The DMZ baffled me a bit as my friend was logging in to SSH locally but I couldn't connect when device put in DMZ.
Is this sounding like a router malfunction?
