Hub One Modem firmware update push please?

Hi,

I've had to change to a different Plusnet router yesterday (old one died). Can Plusnet please push the latest firmware version to it please? Hub One and is currently on v4.7.5.1.83.8.237.2.2 (06/08/17).

It might be worth asking in "My Router". Having the same question posted in two different sections could be against the rules though!

Hi,@sys7em   Hopefully one of the Plusnet staffers will be along soon to respond.

The first thing they are going to need is the Type and Serial number of the replacement router so that they can update the details on the system that enables the download to be actioned. It will speed things up if you have these details to hand.

I've requested the Mods to move this topic to the 'My Router'  board.

Looks like something is trying to happen guys. Though the router logs show a host fail on what is presumed the remote firmware upgrade. Its tried a few times now. So its not updated :0(

Nope. still not happening. Tries every day, and fails.

Anyone have any ideas please?
