Hi I am a new PlusNet customer having moved from BT.
I have an ADSL connection, not fibre but I wanted a dual band router as I have 5ghz devices, so I bought a Hub One.
When it's connected there are frequent broadband disconnects of approximately 30secs every 5mins. The problem is definitely the Hub One as I have an old router connected at the moment that has no issues and my previous home hub never suffered either.
I've been scouring the internet for a fix that works since day one but haven't found one, although I've noticed it's a fairly common complaint.
Mostly people appear to be suffering due to large uploads but I am doing very little uploading.
I have also split the 2 bands, renamed the 5ghz SSID and stopped the sync between them.
Can anybody help, I'd rather not have to buy a different router?
