Re: Hub One Firmware Updates

Hi  @bobpullen,

Wonder if I could also put my name on your list of firmware updates pse…?

    1.  Product name: Plusnet Hub.

    2.  Serial number:+081441+NQ815414123.

         Firmware version:Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.237.2.2 Last updated Unknown

I've had this router for a while and I don't 'think' the firmware has been updated since I got it...

Thanks.

Re: Hub One Firmware Updates

@DanKent, done.

@milesmowbray, yours was done the other day.

@PNnewbie, that serial isn't the one associated with your account from what I can tell. If it is the device you're using then please PM me the full MAC address as well and I'll see what I can do.

Re: Hub One Firmware Updates

Cheers for that Bob.

Prior to the firmware update, I'd had a Openreach phone engineer out to test the phone line, which came back as okay.

The firmware update was then applied, but I'm still seeing "PPP LCP Send Termination Request [User request]" in the router logs at the same time as being disconnected for a couple of minutes. This is happening several times a day. I'd been hopeful the firmware would solve this but sadly not!

I'm currently awaiting the visit of a broadband engineer.

Re: Hub One Firmware Updates

I am currently using a Home Hub6a, which I find very stable. Can I have the hub one plugged into the same phone line at the same time so it can get the latest firmware. Just in case I have to use it again. I know i can do this by unplugging the Home Hub but don't really want to do that.
