Hub One Connection Stats?

Hello,

What the Hub one connection stats mean with regards to downstream and upstream?  Does it mean this is connection to the router or the profile speed to my route i.e. theoretical?  Thanks in advance of some informative answers!

the connection to the router and I assume from those figures that you have moved from the 40/20 product to the 55/10

No, ASDL customer new to fibre, but the following happened:

Although a staff member hasn't replied what has almost certainly happened is that you are on the 55/10 product from BTw/BTo and are also on the new network where Plusnet can control the up and down effective speeds which they are doing so all you are seeing is 40/2

This needs a staff member to sort out
