Hub 2 high ping
Hi, since we recontracted last month and received the Hub 2 we've had many more problems.
The hub 2 keeps lagging on the Mac with high pings of up to 1000. We never had these issues with the Hub 1.
The sync speed of the fibre is ok but it seems to be the router. We have a similar router at another address and that seems fine.
It's just strange how this coincides with signing another 18 month contract and just adds to the stress of being prevented from upgrading to full fibre (because of no phone line option)
Anyone else had this problem?
