Hub 1 Router

Hi,

I’m new to the Community and apologies if this has been answered somewhere before but how can I tell if I am on the latest firmware for my Router? I am currently on version 4.7.5.1.83.8.263.

just an afterthought. Is it possible to use a Router supplied by another company (I have a brand new Vodafone Router that they refuse to collect) on my PlusNet Broadband Service? I assume the answer is a firm no.

From a quick Google search it looks as if Vodaphone lock their routers, so it looks like the answer is No.

You can use commercially available routers with Plusnet plus many of us use a BT Smarthub 6. These are available very cheaply from auction sites and are better than Plusnet's offerings.
