@Zoena Welcome to the forums. Most modern wi-fi enabled routers have to be connected via set-up procedure detailed in their user manuals - have you checked what it says? I've never had an HP printer, so can't help further I'm afraid.

Try deselecting the 5GHz on your router and let printer connect using 2.4GHz or visa versa. When connected reinstate the GHz you switched off.

Did you try with switching one of your GHz off on the router. Try switching 5GHz off as 2.4GHz goes further and try and connect the printer

Change the channels ? and try. Are you entering the correct details passwords etc into the printer settings ? Not using WPS set up ?
