I think someone is piggy-backing our WiFi. I would like to turn off SSID broadcast but I cannot find how to switch it off. Plusnet suggests turning broadcast off but its details on how to turn off only takes you so far but cannot see once logged in to router how to stop SSID being broadcast.
Thanks

I do not know if you can do it with a Hub One but switching off the SSID is less help then you might think. If you use a WiFi sniffer app you can still see the transmission and channel number.
As suggested by @Champnet you are better off setting a different and more secure password.

Thanks Champnet - I thought this may be a way to prevent other users without having to update any device connected to the router - I am working in the dark with this tech so looking for any easy way to sort issue.

@BobPlus Fair enough changing your password but if someone is leeching your connection then they cracked it once already to get in and will no doubt do it again. You need to make your new password as long as possible just to make it as hard as possible for them.
You might also want to consider contacting the authorities about this as it is a criminal offence!

But the OP said he thinks someone is piggy-backing his WiFi.
There may be a benign explanation.

Have you thought of running a IP scanner on you network, this will list all devices connected to your LAN by IP address.
Advanced IP scanner for Windows 10, I also used a Android app called Net Analyzer. Both identify the manufacturer of the Network Interface
