How to connect a plusnet router instead of the hyperoptic one.

Hello guys,,

I have this plusnet router and want to use it instead of the default one which is constantly dropping out and giving poor signal. But I’m a technology idiot so was wondering if someone could explain how to do it?Huh

@Sylus  Presumably you have broadband provided by Hyperoptic, Not too sure if a Plusnet router is going to work. Do you know your username and password to authenticate the connection? Also you will need to connect using the WAN socket as I believe your broadband is supplied by an ethernet connection to the router. Best of luck.😀

Plusnet routers are locked to BT and Plusnet.  Hub One cannot replace existing Hyperoptic hub.
