How long before the activation date do they send the router? I missed a delivery on the 26th and rebooked for today only for no delivery to be made. I know this may not be my router but as my connection date is just over a week away it could be the router.
Although they said the router fits through the letterbox it may not fit through mine due to a letterbox cage attached behind the letterbox. I contacted the courier by email but it's up to 3 working days for a reply. I really hope it wasn't the router but the other package I was expecting I would hate it to have gone missing or been pinched by their employee.
