How do I access a USB HDD plugged into my Hub One router from the internet?

Hi,

I have a HDD plugged into the USB port of my Plus One router.

I can access the HDD from my Windows 10 laptop locally using \\pnhub1\usb1\foldername

My question is; is it possible to access the HDD from the internet, i.e. access it externally? If so, then how's it done?

It can't be accessed from the Internet.
