How can I check if I have the most up-to-date firmware?

My current problem is losing connection when in Zoom meetings, and I've been told to check if my router (Sagemcom 2704N JLP) has the latest firmware.

When I connect via ethernet cable, I see the home page, with Connection Status and My Home Network.  I don't know what firmware info looks like, but it does not seem to be listed there.

If I click on any of the other tabs (basic settings, advanced settings, helpdesk) or the Settings button against the router name, it goes to a blank page - which never loads (the little circle just keeps spinning.)   The only way to get the home page back is to unplug the cable and plug it back in.

Is there another way to check, or another way to update if I need to?

I'm on Windows 10.
