Home Hub 6 stopped orange light

I've been using the home hub 6 fine for the past year but all of a sudden on Saturday it went off and I couldn't connect the light flashes purple then went orange.

I've gone back to using the Plusnet router although the range isn't very good compared to the home hub

Tried everything eventually I reset it and set it up again with my username and password it was working fine for half the day when the internet started to lag so I switched the router on/off then we lost connection the purple light came on again then orange.

The router doesn't show up on WiFi and I can only access it via ethernet any ideas?

The errors saying NC1-3

Re: Home Hub 6 stopped orange light

see message 208 here and try a complete reset or you may just be unlucky and the HH6 has gone faulty

@davebetts

It would be cheaper to go onto EBay and get another Smarthub 6.
