Hive hub won't connect since switching to Plusnet

HI,
We had a power cut several weeks ago, after which the internet wouldn't connect. As we'd just switched provider from John Lewis to Plusnet, I tried the new Plusnet Hub 2 router which fixed that problem but the hive hub then wouldn't connect. Having tried various things I managed to get a solid green light in the Hive hub but couldn't see the hub in the app and the app told me it was offline. We've had another power cut this week and the hub has gone back to flashing green and as before, offline in the app. I've been through the various steps in the hive hub advice many times (factory re-set, turning the router on and off etc) but no joy. Just wondering if anyone else has had similar problems (there was a similar post before but the problem was with the ethernet ports which I've tested and are working fine).

@Julietwob The Hive kit only works on the 2.4Ghz band. Try temporarily turning off the 5ghz band on the Hub2, connecting the Hive, confirm it is working, then re-enable the 5Ghz on the Hub2.
