Hissing/buzzing sound

Hi I've been a customer for about a month or so and my router has started to make a strange noise when under load. I think it may be a 5GHz issue as seems worst when my phone is connected.
Not impressed if this is something I'll have to put up with of wanting to use 5GHz. Especially annoying as I have a studio flat so my router is basically in my bedroom 😑

Hi @jalexjo, sorry to hear this.

We are aware of an issue with some Hub Ones making a 'hissing' noise when the 5GHz wireless is in use. However, It doesn't have any detrimental effect on the performance of the router.

We could send you out a replacement, however in all honesty there is no guarantee that a new router wouldn't have the same issue.
