Hi, I have a Hikvision CCTV system on business broadband but cannot access my NVR through the Plusnet hub via web browser to update the firmware. I can view the cameras fine but when I search for the NVR IP address it states the IP address is part of a private network. Has anyone else had this issue and found a way around it?
