Re: Have an old F2704N. Do I need to update firmware or get replacement?

Hi,

Thanks for getting in touch regarding your Plusnet Hub Zero.

You can see the firmware version your router is running by logging into the router by entering 192.168.1.254 into the address bar of a browser, then clicking on the ‘Helpdesk’ tab. The firmware version can be seen under Firmware Version. If your firmware is 7.275.11 you don't need to take any further action.

If your firmware version is currently anything except the above, I would expect your router to be updated over the next few weeks. If this doesn't happen please let us know so that we can assist you further.

Best Wishes,

Dave

Re: Have an old F2704N. Do I need to update firmware or get replacement?

Excuse the thread hijack... I have a F2704N with firmware 7.275.2 and desperately trying to update the firmware to the latest release (assumed 7.275.11 according to this thread).

Assumed it was automatic and have even tried a factory reset but no update coming through. Please can you assist me in updating my firmware.

Thanks
