Green Light on Hub One

Solid green light on the hub no internet and the hub won't respond to anything I do the reset button on the back won't do anything and I can't connect to the hub settings

Hi there. It sounds like your router might have developed a fault.

Have you tried a factory reset by pushing a paperclip into the reset hole at the back for 20 seconds?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
