Getting router firmware upgrade.

I just reset my router and on reboot it offered a firmware upgrade. I declined it as I had not recently backed up my settings. 

I have now backed up my settings but on reset it does not offer me the firmware upgrade again.

How do I get the firmware upgrade for my plusnet hub one?

Account is sadler on force9.

You're already running the latest production firmware - 4.7.5.1.83.8.263.

I'm not sure what you're referring to with the firmware upgrade prompt though? That's not how things work. You wouldn't see any notification that a firmware was being offered without scrutinising the router logs

Logging into the router after resting it offered an upgrade to the firmware something like a there is a firmware upgrade available for your router. Upgrading will clear all your user settings with a tick box to accept or decline it.
