Hi there, 

I'm not convinced anything in those logs looks out of order or indicates a problem. 

Line tests are passing fine, are you connecting over WiFi?

Line tests always are okay. It was the buffering on BBC iplayer that made me look at the log and the slow download speeds I was experiencing. I have used the erratic BT speedtest and my download speed has, according to them been varied between 6.75mbps and 30.5mbps. My line is set at 52mbps so that is why I looked.
