Unable to contact you by phone or webchat, can't find an email address. Unfortunately, I'm having to work from home.
My work Surface Pro connects to my Wifi intermittently, I have actually held the SP next to the Router to see if it would connect. Last two days no issues whatsoever, this morning, wouldn't connect at all. Personal PCs are fine.
I have contacted our IT Helpdesk, they have advised that my "Router is not allowing my Surface Pro to connect to the channel transmitting". As my Router is five years old, they have suggested it may need changing/upgrading.
I am not a 'techy' person, so any instructions you may need to give me should be very easy step by step (every step).
I would appreciate it if you could contact me as soon as possible.
