First time set-up

I have tried to set up our router for the first time and when it gets to the broadband set up page, it just swirls on the first page and doesn’t go any further so we can’t enter any details.. has anyone else had this and have any ideas?

You shouldn't have to set anything up, it's supposed to auto configure. Try a factory reset by pushing a paperclip or similar into the Factory Reset hole that you will find on the router. Keep the switch closed for at least 30 seconds then leave it alone to see if it will sort itself out.

i’ve factory reset it 3 times and still no luck, all the lights are green on the router but nothing happens
