Firmware update

Hi there,

My router doesn’t appear to be updating. In TR069 section of the logs on my Hub One it has a number of connection errors. Can someone take a look please?

Thanks,

Mitchell

Re: Firmware update

Welcome to the forum.

For the record there will not be a firmware update every time the router does its TR69 thing. If you post your current firmware version here I'm sure someone who uses a Hub One will tell you if it's current. If you think there is a firmware glitch try doing a factory reset on the hub by pushing a paperclip or similar into the reset hole and keeping the switch depressed for 20 seconds or so. You will then have to wait for it to set itself up again the same as when you first installed it. This might sort out your connection error reports.

Re: Firmware update

There is a newer version around but I don't know if it's currently being pushed out due to people having problems, see here for the lengthy sorry saga https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Router/Plusnet-Hub-One-Firmware-update/m-p/1569597#M7674

Re: Firmware update

@MitchellThomas, doesn't look like your router is correctly associated with your account. If you drop me a message containing your serial number and MAC address, then I'll sort that out for you.
