My router is showing an old version of software - Plusnet Hub One | Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.237.2.2 | Last updated 19/07/17

Please could you push the latest one out to me?

fwiw, failing 5 GHz wifi reported with latest firmware since March 2019 by many customers

Thanks for getting in touch @zealing 

I've re-added your router onto the hardware management platform, if you can factory reset the router by pushing a paperclip into the reset pinhole at the back for 20 seconds you should see your router update after 48 hours.

To make sure that we've got the right details for your router, could you PM me the serial number and the first 6 letters/numbers of the MAC from the label on the bottom of the router?
