Firmware Update Required?

Hi

My Dell Laptop keeps disconnecting (and also kicking other devices from my system). Dell tell me that I likely require a Firmware update. Is it possible to check/push this please?

My details:

Plusnet Hub One | Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.263 | Last updated 27/03/19

Serial: +081441+NQ71702652

MAC F46BEF468048

Is there any other detail I need to provide?
