Experiencing a lot of issues losing Wi-Fi connection or low bandwidth.

Checked when firmware last updated: Jan 2019

Firmware version: 4.7.5.1.83.8.263

Is it possible for plusnet to send down the update to my router?

@Ockers  There is no official released update to your firmware. There are some interim test versions trying to solve wi-fi problems which have been going for ages. Have a look at the pinned thread at the top of this forum board. It is not good reading.😰
