Fast Ethernet Speed But Slow WiFi Speed

Hi, 

Only been with Plusnet 2/3 weeks, but tonight our WiFi speed has dropped massively to 20/25 MBPS based on speedtest.net 

I've connected it to ethernet and the speed is fine through cable. 

Any idea on a fix or is this just a thing that can happen from time to time on busy periods and to try again tomorrow etc to see what the speeds are? Just think it's considerably low for WiFi

Seems a restart of the router has fixed it currenty getting the WiFi speeds expected, very odd! Is it normal that a restart router would fix the issue then?

A restart can sort a number of things out, but you shouldn't be expected to do this to re-gain your Wi-Fi connectivity. Please see how it goes and let us know if you have to continue to reboot.
