Since my previously poor line connection to the local cabinet was finally fixed last year I have had a very stable and consistent download sync of 39Mbps with a typical s/n level of 8.3dB.
On July 2nd my Hub One was updated to Software version 18.104.22.168.83.8.289.1.1 (30/06/21) and since then my download sync has fallen to 28Mbps and the SNR 7.6dB.
I have tried several reboots and disconnect/reconnect cycles but there is no change to the sync speed which is now below my minimum guaranteed speed of 30.9Mbps. So what is going on?
