Failed username and password

Hi,
My router keeps resetting to setup@plusdsl.net and even when I manually change the broadband settings to my UN and PW it still doesn't connect. When I hit reset it goes back to setup@ etc. Phoned helpline and they "removed" the double setup on my router but still not working. Have tried every trick in the book - even played with TR069 etc but no luck. Can someone at plusnet please fix the error at their end please?

By hit reset do you mean your resetting it using the pinhole on the back or just turning it off and on?
