F@ST2704N shows no connections

Our PlusNet router keeps having a fit. Today it is showing no connections, even though I am on the wifi and connected to it. Is there anyway we can get it updated/replaced?

Sometimes, it goes really slow and we have to reboot it, as it crawls along.

Hey @mikcatta, I couldn't reach you over the phone so I raised a ticket here for you. I've made some adjustments to the line's Signal to Noise Ratio as this was set quite low, this might have been causing some issues with performance. If you wouldn't mind monitoring this over the weekend and update me on that ticket, I'll get back to you.

Yep will do. Iam slightly confused as to how the SNR would affect the display of WiFi connections, but will monitor it over the weekend.
