@pb123 I'm assuming it's got power? (i.e the power light comes on?)
Have you tried hard wiring to see if that's working and providing internet?

I assume that you are aware that there is an on/off switch on the side of the extender? Have you followed the instructions in the manual Chapter 2 see http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/EX6120/EX6120_UM_25Aug2015.pdf?
