Error on some websites

Internet works normally but on some websites the following link pops up altough the bills are paid ( or thats what my landlord says ) http://failed.billing.plus.net/apps/payment/failed . Any ways to fix this ? Or he didnt really paid the bill ?

That is not a question YOU are going to get answered by Plusnet, if you are not the bill payer for the service. This is a matter you need to refer to the service owner, which by the sounds of it is your landlord.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
