I've been round at my daughter's this weekend and her whole family complained to me about their internet.
I did a speed test using my phone and got 2.69Mbps down and 0.26Mbps up. Usually it's considerably better as it's a good ADSL2+ line.
She doesn't like the router as it doesn't fit in with her décor sitting as it does on top of a shelving unit in the corner of the living room.
I glanced at the router lights, or I would have done if the router was there but it had been moved to the bottom shelf directly alongside the DECT house phone.
The router stats look ok

so I'm suspecting the DECT phone.
When I get the chance and my daughter is out of the room I'll relocate the router on top of the shelving unit.
