Draytek vigor 2862 settings problem

Hi I have the above router. When I connect it to the plusnet line i get a site not found error when i try to browse  the internet.I When I run windows diagnostics on the device adaptor it comes up with a DHCP error. What settings do I need in the router?

The online status within the router shows that it is connected and passing data.

The rouer works when I connect it to a BT line and put in the BT broadband username and password

Hi there @sagerox if you're having issues with the 3rd party router still, we'd advise you to go back to the Plusnet one to ensure it isn't a router issue.

I use a very similar Draytek 2860 on Plusnet and it's fine.

Just use your Plusnet credentials In "ISP Access Setup"
