Devices won’t stay connected.

Hi, my broadband is working fine, but for the last few days devices won’t stay connected to tel he router by WiFi and the log in passwords are rejected repeatedly.

@Adamyeo1 Which router are you using - Hub0 or hub1?

Login passwords for what?

Hiya @Adamyeo1, I am really sorry for the issues being experienced with your WiFi.

 

I have amended some settings in your router remotely, so that your wireless frequencies are now split. In your devices WiFi settings you should now see 2 available connections (if the device is compatible), with one ending in -5G.

 

Can you see if you experience the password issue with both frequencies and let us know how you get on.
