I need to change the delivery address for my Router. The address for the connection doesn't have a post box. I have tried to call your support but they aren't taking calls and no reply to my Twitter DM.

What's your Twitter handle? I'd like to take a closer look as we've currently got nothing in our queue so we're responding almost immediately. Also did you message @ plusnet or @plusnethelp? Although both would currently work, we're looking at eventually moving fully away from the latter.
