FAO: Plusnet admin/mod
Hello
I woke up this morning to a dead router, I have tried the usual turning on and off, disconnecting etc. It is completely dead. By the looks of other threads, my router will need to be replaced.
Also tried:
- self help videos
- faults.plusnet with no luck
- online chat and customer service but both are unavailable
Would appreciate some help as I am a critical worker in public services and working from home.
