My Plusnet fiber router is completely dead. I've only had it a few months, but returned to my property to find all its lights off. I've turned it on and off, unplugged it and plugged it back it in, tried it in a different socket, checked the original socket and tried resetting it.
I tried calling but the queue is always very long and live chat never seems to be available when I try to use it.
Hoping someone can help.
