DNS issues

I have just moved across to Plusnet, the supplied router works fine, but I've connected a Draytek 2860n which has a problem in that a number of sites have DNS issues or they are very slow to load.

Any help much appreciated

Hi there and welcome to the community forums.

Have you setup your router to use one of the following pair of DNS addresses?

Primary DNS: 212.159.13.49
Secondary DNS: 212.159.13.50

or

Primary DNS: 212.159.6.9

Secondary DNS: 212.159.6.10

Let us know if you've done that and still have issues so we can try other troubleshooting steps.

Thanks for the reply, seems that it sorted itself out overnight, whether it was due to the handover from Sky or I changed the firmware, although it was automatically updated I selected another with a different suffix.
